1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WeatherForensics Model Context Protocol (MCP) server or Representational State Transfer (REST) Application Programming Interface (API), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. License and Usage Restrictions

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the data for internal analysis, commercial applications, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) model integration. You may not:

• Systematically scrape, bulk-download, or cache data to bypass rate limits.
• Resell, redistribute, or sub-license the raw API/MCP responses as a standalone weather data service.

3. Required Attribution

Any public-facing application displaying our data must include the following attribution visibly to the end-user: "Weather data derived from NOAA NCEI and NHC. This application and its data are not official NOAA products and do not represent any agency determination, view, or policy."

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Mechatronic Solutions LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the historical weather data. The data should not be used as the sole basis for life-safety decisions, financial trading, or legal determinations.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mechatronic Solutions LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the service.
